  • Nonna Homes, a California ADU builder serving the Bay Area, has stopped building and had its state license suspended due to customer complaints (including reports of unpaid subcontractors). Key employees have disassociated from the company and affected customers are encouraged to file official complaints.  NBC Bay Area
  • Apple opened its new 8,000 sqft store at Montgomery Village Friday at noon on Farmers Lane after closing its longtime Santa Rosa Plaza location; the store now opens daily (10 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. on Sundays).  KSRO Radio

CULTURE NEWS

  • Sonoma County’s Guy Fieri marked his 58th birthday with a brand-new look — he swapped his signature bleach-blond spikes and goatee for a neatly parted brunette hairstyle and updated his profile picture to reflect a fresh vibe online.  KSRO Radio

FINANCE NEWS

  • Investors in Sonoma Valley firm LeFever Mattson approved a plan to liquidate the collapsed company with 95% support, returning 20 to 40 cents per dollar lost. Some banks and investors say the plan lacks a clear timeline for selling local real estate (a judge will review it in late March).  KSRO Radio

  • Santa Rosa police and fire departments will host the second annual Women Leaders in Public Safety Symposium on Friday, March 6 at the Finley Community Center. The one-day event will offer training for all public safety staff + raise funds for a local scholarship program.  KSRO Radio
