- ➤ The Ceres Community Project unveiled a $22 million headquarters in Santa Rosa that features a commercial kitchen to quadruple its production of medically tailored meals. - ➤ Santa Rosa City Schools is tightening exit transfer rules to help keep state funding amid falling enrollment; families may only apply for transfers for military duty, bullying, or access to programs not offered locally (the change will affect plans for the upcoming school year). KSRO Radio

- ➤ City officials released a draft ordinance allowing backyard beekeeping with up to two hives per property following a campaign by a 9-year-old and his 4-H project. - ➤ Sonoma County finalized a $7.7 million agreement to build four sober living residences offering 68 beds to help curb drug overdoses by partnering with Buckelew Programs and Poppy Bank; construction will begin in March on Doyle Park Drive using opioid settlement funds (public-private funding details).
