  • Sonoma County officials plan a memorial service on Saturday, May 2 at Pleasant Hills Memorial Park in Sebastopol to honor 59 unclaimed residents who passed away over the past year.   • Santa Rosa officials are seeking visionary proposals to transform the aging Third Street parking garage into housing or mixed-use space behind Old Courthouse Square.
