- ➤ In March, Santa Rosa Junior College laid off long-time College to Career support staff, leaving students with disabilities and their families worried about losing trusted aides. - ➤ Providence Sonoma County named critical care expert Dr. Sean Townsend as its new Chief Medical Officer starting June 1. He will oversee operations at three area hospitals (Santa Rosa Memorial, Healdsburg, and Petaluma Valley) while Dr. Eric Hodes stays part-time for a smooth transition. KSRO Radio
