Medlock Ames, a Healdsburg winery known for regenerative farming, is on sale along with its 342-acre Bell Mountain Ranch, which includes wine inventory, tasting rooms, a trio of homes, and other winery assets for $44 million—its sustainable practices date back to 1998.
