PG&E said its rates will stay flat for the next few years after a series of increases—this follows a 101% rise since 2015 as older hikes offset new proposals for 2027-2030.
East Bay MUD may raise water rates by 6.5% and wastewater rates by 8.5%, which could add about $4 to the average bill to help pay for infrastructure upgrades.
