Brendan 'Jacy' Tatum, a former Rohnert Park police sergeant, testified Tuesday in the federal trial against former officer Joseph Huffaker—he alleged that he and another officer impersonated federal agents, pulled over drivers along Highway 101, and stole cash and cannabis.

Sonoma and Napa counties sued global fast-fashion retailer Shein on Monday in Napa County Superior Court after alleging the company broke California law by not shipping online orders on time and not informing customers of delays — the suit claims Shein accepted payments without providing timely deliveries, refunds, or replacement items as required.
