GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Sonoma and Napa counties sued global fast-fashion retailer Shein on Monday in Napa County Superior Court after alleging the company broke California law by not shipping online orders on time and not informing customers of delays — the suit claims Shein accepted payments without providing timely deliveries, refunds, or replacement items as required. - ➤ Sebastopol City Council will soon debate plans to address a rising homeless population and allocate $40,000 to support outreach—local officials weigh whether West County Community Services, which has faced reduced funding, or the Sebastopol Police Department should lead the efforts.
