- ➤ Bohemian Grove settled a wage theft lawsuit last week filed by three valet employees who said they were denied overtime pay and pressured to falsify timecards — the complaint also alleged that former congressional members disparaged Islam, a billionaire demanded an employee wash his underwear by hand, and a retired Four-Star general urged the workers not to pursue the suit. - ➤ Leon Simms was arrested on Friday for assaulting a public defender outside the Sonoma County Courthouse by hitting the victim repeatedly, making threats of violence and kidnapping, and stealing property—he is also a former client of the defender. KSRO Radio

- ➤ Sonoma State is expanding its guaranteed admissions program to include Calistoga Joint Unified School District and plans to invite Napa Valley Unified next, offering high school seniors a secured college spot with a minimum 2.5 GPA—163 high school and nearly 1,600 community college students have enrolled so far.
