- ➤ Z Systems Inc. will move its operations from Vacaville to a new 47,000-square-foot facility on Todd Road in southwest Santa Rosa. - ➤ Chase Johnson, a paralyzed auto racer in his wheelchair, filed a lawsuit in Sonoma County Superior Court accusing Sonoma Raceway security guard Alexander Rosiles—who pushed him from his wheelchair during a NASCAR race on July 13 and was arrested that day for assault and battery—, Camden Security Company, and Garda World Security of negligence. - ➤ Sonoma County is cleared of blame in the fatal fentanyl overdose that killed Amber Marcotte, who died in her cell in October 2020—a federal jury deliberated for two hours on Thursday and found the county and then-Sheriff Mark Essick not at fault in a civil rights lawsuit. KSRO Radio
