- ➤ Theresa Dutton has filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband Steve Dutton, his wife Karissa, and business partner Dan Goldfield over actions she says forced her out of Dutton-Goldfield Winery in Sonoma County by deactivating the business and re-forming it after a verbal one-dollar share agreement. The suit seeks $750,000 in damages and a court hearing is set for later this month—if the judge rules in her favor, the winery may need to secure a $550,000 loan. KSRO Radio

- ➤ Tina Cabudoy, a former ASMG accountant in Santa Rosa, was sentenced to five years and four months in prison for embezzling nearly $200,000 while working from July 2023 to March 2024—she was ordered to pay $179,306 in restitution. KSRO Radio
