- ➤ Santa Rosa City Schools is moving up the closure of Rincon Valley Middle School to June 2027 so students can join Maria Carrillo High School—an effort aimed at fixing a $10-15 million budget gap and avoiding state takeover amid expected community pushback. KSRO Radio
- ➤ The Santa Rosa City Council selected LH Housing, a developer with South Korean backing, to negotiate the purchase of the 1.3-acre White House site on E Street. The firm will begin a five-month exclusive negotiation period—planning a mixed-use project with over 300 apartments for workforce residents. KSRO Radio
