- ➤ The site of the historic Baker’s Lunch and Gas will be developed into a public park after Graton Community Services District secured a $750,000 grant from Sonoma County Ag and Open Space District allowing the community to purchase the property this month. The new park—featuring a stage and gardens—is expected to open by the end of 2026. KSRO Radio
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Rohnert Park leaders are moving forward with a new downtown district as the City Council meets at 5 p.m. today to consider an $11.2 million sale of the 30-acre State Farm Drive property to developer CenterCal Properties. The $400 million project will include hundreds of new homes, a hotel, retail space, and green areas — with the developer funding key infrastructure improvements. KSRO Radio
