- ➤ The Sonoma City Council approved a plan to preserve 18 affordable housing units by authorizing an agreement with Burbank Housing—a North Bay non-profit—to purchase the Setzer Senior Affordable Apartments and Maysonnave Apartments, and the city backed the effort with a $250,000 grant from its Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
